Identity verification is mandatory on Vital Markets. If you do not wish to complete this process, you will have limited access to the platform which means you will not be able to make a deposit or create Live trading accounts.

We are able to accept the following Proof of Identity (POI) documents for identity verification:

> Passport

> Drivers License

> Residence Documentation

> National Identity Card

Similar documents like temporary residence permits are unacceptable as proof of identification. 

Requirements:

> Needs to be a government-issued document.

> Must state your Date of Birth. 

> Password-protected documents cannot be accepted.

> Client must be aged 18 or over.

> Document cannot be expired, must still be valid/in date*.
*Submissions of documents expiring within 5 days will be rejected.

> Cannot be a screenshot from a computer or mobile device.

> We need to have the front and back of the document 

> Must be able to see the full document. All four corners and not cropped.

> File format: .jpeg or .png files only.

Documents that look tampered with or illegitimate will be denied.

*Minors under the age of 18 will have their account suspended.

Acceptable:

> All four corners are visible.
> Information is clear and legible.

> No editing.

> All requirements are present.

Not Acceptable:

> Damaged document.
> Information is not clear.
