Before being able to receive your user ID and password, you will need to create your accounts:

Once your live or demo account has been created, you will receive your user ID and password via email. If you are unable to locate the email, please check your junk or spam folder.

When creating a live account, you will receive both an Investor and Trader password. 

> An Investor password is a read-only password. This means that you will not be able to place trades or modify your account when logging in with this password.

> The Trader password, on the other hand, is the password you will need to use for your day-to-day trading.
