• Make sure that you are inputting the correct credentials from the e-mail that we sent you after creating your Live/Demo Account.
  
• The server should be the following: VitalMarkets-Live
• Make sure you are connecting to your account correctly.

Let's go through the process:

> Click File.

> Select Login to Trade Account.

> You would need to input your MetaTrader Account Number.

> Insert your Password. 

> Choose the correct Server or manually type it. 

> Click Login/OK.
