• Sometimes our e-mails have a tendency to end up in your spam/junk folders in your e-mail.
  • You would need to mark our e-mails as "safe" in your e-mail provider's settings.
  • This is important since many vital information such as Live Account credentials, updates, and more are sent to you via e-mail. 

Let's go through the process: 

> Acess your Protonmail.

> Select Settings from the top tabs.  

> Click Filters from the left. 

> Click the Add button next to the allow list. 

> Insert our e-mail: support@vitalmarkets.com in the box provided. 

> Click Save
