• Sometimes our e-mails have a tendency to end up in your spam/junk folders in your e-mail.
  
• You would need to mark our e-mails as "safe" in your e-mail provider's settings.
• This is important since many vital information such as Live Account credentials, updates, and more are sent to you via e-mail. 

Let's go through the process: 

> Acess your iCloud.

> Open the Junk folder from the tabs.  

> Open our e-mail.

> Tap the Arrow.

> From the option available, tap Move Message.

> Choose Inbox.

> Tap Move.
